Hi PASLR, I wanted to acknowledge the awesome service from you this morning. I phoned with an intermittent water supply and despite being fully booked you showed immense humility and great service in having your service guy here in side of an hour. I had to let you know how super impressed I was and the level of service from the three staff, Beth, Gaye and the serviceman was exceptional.

Hi Gaye, We wanted to say a great big THANK YOU for fixing our water on Friday night. Accidents and mistakes happen, but it’s how people/companies respond to them that really shows who they are. It would have been very easy to say ‘sorry but it’s Friday night and we can’t get a new bulb/case in before Monday’… …But you didn’t! You went off a got another, and then installed it for us…saving us from a weekend without drinking water… So thank you. We really appreciate what you did for us.Best

Can I please share our satisfaction with ‘your man’ Mathew. He is a gem (my husbands expression), and must be a wonderful asset to you.We first spoke to Mathew on Saturday regarding our pump problem and he was extremely helpful even though we know he was attending a dentist appt. He came out to see us on Monday and gave the attitude that nothing was too much of a problem. We are completely satisfied with the service and the confidence of the job being done ‘right’. This job was for my home (not work).
