I’ve had an undersink filter installed a few months ago to remove the nasties in the city supply. My drinking water tastes delicious with all chemical tastes removed. Would recommend PASLR to everyone.

I purchased a great pump, maybe 10 times more expensive than a normal water pump, but at installation by Paslr all the house filters immediately blocked. Blair is just awful to deal with, won’t take any responsibility for the issue, just disagreeable. Two years later the pump fails. Another plumber came out and installed a loaner pump but Paslr insisted they look at the pump as it “could” be under warranty. They have charged me a fee to fix it. But if it’s not under warranty then don’t insist you have to fix it and charge for the fix. I think the product is fine, but the installation and later service, especially dealing with Blair Urlich, may be one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in a very long while.

Our water pump broke on Sunday and I called PASLR out of hours service. A friendly staff member answered within a few rings, and we discussed my options. As we were able to manage without water for a bit, I was happy to wait for a technician to come on Monday. On Monday a technician came (John) and check our pump which was unfortunately too expensive to repair so he installed a new one. By Monday afternoon we had running water again. Yeah! I like that the new pump is so much quieter than the old one. Thank you John and Team to quickly fix our water problem. Much appreciated.

I dealt with Sophie from PASLR who was super helpful, easy to deal with and very prompt in getting this sorted for me. The only issue I has was getting a hold of them in the first place, but once we had established communications, they were awesome to deal with.

Had a blocked sewage pump at home just after the first storm in Auckland, called PASLR around 430pm, they answered and arranged for someone to come out the next day. The two men that came out were friendly and did an efficient job explaining to us what went wrong, you could tell they were highly experienced especially Bruce!
