Meet the crew : Megan Crous, General Administration

You might not see her or hear from her, but Megan works diligently behind the scenes ensuring PASLR operations run smoothly.

Megan works as an integral part of our office team, looking after our back end system for all maintenance jobs – making sure every job is sent out to the scheduler at the correct time, that they have purchase order numbers if necessary and that the assets on site are updated regularly and listed correctly.

“I love data entry and have good attention to detail, so keeping track of jobs and assets, creating lists and cleaning up files are what I do best. I can work quietly in my own time,” she says.

Megan has been part of the team since 2017, working part-time, first as a temp in data capture then moving into accounts receivable and onto her current role as the need arose. “I think my role changes from day to day,” she says.

Like many of our team, Megan brings a well-rounded set of skills to her role. She has previously worked as an office administrator for an electrical company in her homeland of South Africa and is currently helping her husband with his business.

Outside of work Megan is heavily involved in show jumping with her daughter and it has been a dream of theirs to start breeding horses. Their first foal was born on 22 November 2020 – a lovely healthy filly.
