Meet the crew: Raeleen Ross – Scheduling Co-Ordinator
As a key member of the Customer Services Team, Raeleen’s role is to efficiently prioritise, organise and manage our technician’s workloads based on each job’s special requirements and urgency.
This ensures our technicians have all the necessary parts to complete their work and that emergency service call-outs are managed. A key function of the role is providing exceptional service to our clients by keeping them informed about times and changes in scheduling.
When I saw the role online, I was curious, as it was an industry I had not worked in before. I jumped onto the website and looked through the staff profiles. Having worked in many corporate roles, I was looking for a change and to work in a more close-knit, down to earth environment. A balance of professionalism for a great customer experience, together with like-minded colleagues who enjoy good banter is important to me. I was impressed with Darlene’s profile as she looked like the type of person I wanted to work for,” she says.
Raeleen has more than thirty years of broad working history in many different customer-focused and administration related roles within industries such as healthcare, dental, logistics, freighting, insurance, retail and FMCG. Her two most recent roles were in real estate, firstly as a salesperson and then in property management as a team coordinator.
Originally from the Hutt Valley in Wellington, Raeleen settled in Auckland ten years ago with her husband and children who are now both in their 20’s. “I am a proud Nani to a gorgeous three-year-old granddaughter called Ava. In my spare time I am an active and social person and usually start the day with a gym work out. I am also a keen traveller and am currently renovating my home,” she says.
