PASLR crowned Davey Master Dealer of the Year

Kristian Tkatchenko, General Manager at Davey Water Products says PASLR is a deserving winner of the 2021 Master Dealer of the Year award.

“PASLR Crucial Services are a true partner to the Davey Water Products business and the growth we have seen over the past twelve months is testament to the fact that Davey and PASLR look beyond a supply relationship and are committed and invested to finding opportunities to grow into new markets and find a way to deliver value beyond the product,” he says.

The accolade, contested amongst 52 Master Dealers throughout the Davey Water Products New Zealand network takes into consideration performance, growth and pride in being a Davey partner.

PASLR first partnered with Davey over thirty years ago when the Australian pump manufacturer first arrived in New Zealand and PASLR were trading as All Pumps.

“We went to Davey to place an order for pumps but they wouldn’t take it and we had to go through the stringent process to apply for an account. Davey had only just come to New Zealand and were quite prescriptive as to where they would have dealers,” says Darlene Henshaw, Director at PASLR.

Several years later, in 2007, All Pumps received the first of many awards from Davey for selling the most pumps in the country. PASLR are now undoubtedly one of Davey’s top Master Dealers in New Zealand.

In 2008 we expanded into water filters and with a clear focus on marketing experienced exponential growth over the next several years.

In August 2020 PASLR took over Microlene water cooler supply and servicing from Davey Water Products for the Wellington area, further expanding this to include pumps and 3-stage filtration in 2021.
