One tidy black box, one awesome home filtration system
The Davey Aquashield 2.0 is now available and we’re excited! An entire solution including pump, filter and UV disinfection in one neat and tidy box, it’s quick and easy to install and provides superior water treatment for your home or bach.
Combining the latest technology from Davey, the Aquashield 2.0 provides whole house water treatment through three-stage filtration using the class leading Davey Centurion with the option of the constant pressure DynaDrive pump for houses completely off the grid, or the combination of the robust HM pressure pump with RainBank that automatically switches from tank to mains when water isn’t available.
The main purpose of water filtration is to ensure it is safe to drink and you’re not going to pick up any nasty waterborne diseases. With three-stage water filtration your drinking water passes through, you guessed it, three stages of filtration.
First, water passes through coarse filtration where the bulk of suspended solids is removed. It then passes through fine filtration which is crucial for the removal of giardia and cryptosporidium cysts, by trapping them in the filter. Finally, UV disinfection inactivates bacterial and viral contaminants.
Easy, no-fuss installation
We think installing the Davey Aquashield 2.0 is so easy you can even put it in yourself at your bach… but why would you when we can do it for you? There’s no plumber required and if you’ve been thinking about getting filtration you can put it in the same spot where your existing pump is.
Regular maintenance
Once you’re up and running we’ll get you set up in our system so you never miss a regular maintenance service or filter changes. We make sure your filters are always changed on time which not only helps keep your water safe but protects your pump. We also clean and service your pump and make sure the whole system is performing as expected.
